Shipping Policy

First and foremost, I want to remind you of my 0 tolerance policy for hate, unkind speech, and bullying. Any attempt to communicate in this manner will be met with silence and a web block from future orders on the site.

The post office is a separate business entity. I do not control nor am responsible for their actions.

Shipping Policy - Domestic 

Every order will come with tracking through the carrier USPS. After your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the post office and I AM NO LONGER LIABLE for delays or missing packages. You will have to contact the post office directly through USPS.com if you are trying to find missing mail or collecting insurance. I will help in any way I am able (I reserve the right to suspend my help at any time), but please realize I do not control the post office. I wish I could, but I don’t. 

Shipping Policy - International 

Every order will come with tracking through the carrier USPS. After your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the post office and I AM NO LONGER LIABLE for delays or missing packages. International packages do not come with insurance so unfortunately if one gets lost or damaged we are just out of luck. I will help in any way I am able, but please realize I do not control the post office. I wish I could, but I don’t.

International packages going through customs may have dues or surprise fees.
